headed out around 5:30 today.
fishin on peeled shrimp, 4oz pyramids, beaded #4 kahle hooks with green and yellow floats on a 3 hook pomp rig.
got it as far as the 2nd sand bar but couldnt make it over.
first pomp around 6:45. hooked up a couple more only to lose em in the surf.
at about 7:45 just after the sun went down we started getting bites left and right. ended up with:
3 pomps...17", 16", and 13"
1 flounder
1 whiting
1 catfish
1 little black tip shark
we got all these between 7:45 and 8:45.
kept the pomps, threw the rest back.
all in all a great night on the beach!!!

flounder was about 13"...wasnt worth the hassle.
