| My Brother and I made a trip to a spot we like for Shark fishing. We put in Navy Point around 6:00pm and where heading to the Mass to try and catch some bait. On our way out of the pass, we saw about a 4 foot snake, and sure enough when we got close, we saw that it was a rattle snake. He was heading out to sea. I think we made it mad when we were trying to take pictures, because it coiled into strike position and also made a run for the boat...Pretty Cool. Anyway, we could not make it out, seas were to rough for my boat so we headed in for the 50 ft hole in the bay. We anchored, put out the chum and let down slabs of bonito that we had caught on a previous trip. We got 3 hard hits and to our surprise pulled up 3 nice red snapper. Had a fun trip. Enjoy the pictures. Rattle snake we saw outside the pass heading to sea.

It would be just my dumbass luck to get bit by a rattlesnake while I was out snorkling in the gulf!!!

| There are rattlesnakes all over Ft. Pickens. A guy I know was fined $500 dollars for killing one next to his tent when his family was camping.
