seems to me that IF there were other forms of intelligent life "out there", who's to say they have the technology for intergalactic space travel ? after all, WE don't .

Actually thier coming down to check out the artifical reef program and do some rare red snapper fishing. Word has it they want to start a reef building program on thier home planet and what better place to get ideas than good old Alabama. They considered a lot of other places but they see the good old Bama Boys as the most enviromentally freindly forward thinking group on Earth.
