two vet's that i am proud of. the first one is my dad,  here is his pic ww2 army air corp

and my grandfather here in his ww1 navy 1917

two men who served so that i could enjoy the freedoms we have today!

i am proud of them both and all who serve!

post your pics of those you are proud of!

because they should be remembered and tuesday is veterans day!

Father up top he retired a LT Commander and is resting in Barrancus, Below his grandfather my G-grandfather Private Wade Abner Hoffman: Co. "G" 16th Alabama regiment, Confederate States of America. Resting in Belden MS.

My son and me.  Him= Army, 13 years and counting, Me= Navy, 29 years and finished.

He didn't like my long deployments when he was a kid, so he went Army.  Been in South Korea for 3 years...........go figure!!!

My thanks to all veterans for their sacrifices and duty.

This pic was taken of me and my dad in Weilflichen, Germany in '79. My dad served 4 years in the Airforce as a recip engine mechanic and 17 years in the Army CID. Retired CW5. I am very proud of my dad and all of those that have served to make this the greatest country in the world. I love ya pop!!!!
