I donated $365 to Chandlers auction via Joe Crocker of Milton who was auctioning a plane ride. Shiznick or Chandler never received the funds. Anyone who knows this putz please let him know he has till Jan. 1 2009 to make good on this donation or I will seeking assistance from the Santa Rosa Police Dept. and/or other means necessary to right this situation. I helped this guy out by towing a boat for him and he seemed like an ok dude. Then he started to offer the plane ride auction thing and then dissapeared with everyone's money. We know where he did live and me and Joel (murphyslaw) tracked down the address and phone number. But the phone number had been disconected etc... This guy stole a lot of money in the name of a poor kid that had cancer. A real douchebag.

has anyone contacted the milton airport? i pulled up the tail number thats on the plane in the picture that was posted. Its registered to a corporation out of milton. They might have more information. I'll check back with joel around the 15th of feb to see if he's found anything out. | Following the airplane trail, the Zinnia Corporation lists 5656 Zinnia Ave, Milton Fl as their address. In looking at the Santa Rosa Tax Collector's website, 5656 Zinnia is a private residence owned by a couple in the state of Washington. You might want to pursue that lead. Does anyone have 38BAT's real name? I kind of doubt "Joe Crocker".

I appreciate all the help, I believe that is his real name or at least he has a account in that name because he was able to cash Joels and my check made out to that name. 10 years ago I would be driving my truck through his front door right now, but I am going to persue him with my tax dollars and the good people at the Santa Rosa PD. I could care less about the plane ride or the money at at this point it is the fact that he took advantage of a childs illness for personal gain. I could be wrong but he might fall under the classifcation of a Predator. The one who has lost in all this is Chandler. Thanks again for all the help. I will use all info passed to me wisely.

| Theres these 2 guys going around town collecting money for "cancer". 1 GUY has long black hair, Maybe 30 yrs old About 4'5 . The other is maybe 17, almost no hair, A little taller . Im not sure what their deal is but i've seen them on the beach & in pensacola collecting money. Somethings fishy about these 2 . IF you see them call the police . I've heard from other people saying they've seen them too. They even go into bars & churches to collect.

There is no listing for a Zinnia Aviation with the Fla. Dept of State. There are several Joseph Crockers in the state. One in Mary Esther with a business.

| 5656 Zinnia Ave in Milton is his address. I have been there. It was a long time ago tho. He may have moved. I think he said he was in realestate or contracting or investments or something like that. I know he was from up north somewhere. Maybe Minnisota or something. He tried some crap a while back when I tried to sell him a boat. It was in storage at a marina and I couldnt afford the storage fees anymore and he said he would buy it. I put him in touch with the marina and he tried to run a scam by trying to pay the marina to let him have it and screw me. There were some more details but that is the jist of it. The marina let me know what he tried to do. I felt like what he did to me was wrong but never would have guessed he'd stoop this low.

| Hi Murphyslaw, I'm really glad to see your post here supporting Chris and Chandler! I too know Chris and met up with him to do a little fishing not too long ago and plan on doing it again. He is a great guy and is as bothered by all this as anybody. I can assure anyone who has any doubt that Chris is not involved in any scam. Not only has this whole thing caused Chris some grief at a time when he really doesn't need it, but I think it has caused a lack of support from this community on his behalf because some are not sure if this whole thing was a scam or not. I know Chris wants this resolved as much as anyone and this has been hard for him and his family. I hope that anybody who reads this will take time to show Chris(Shiznick) your support for him and his family because the hard times they face are not over by a long way. He is a really good guy just trying to help his grandson as I know anybody on this forum would do for their family. Even just words of support and a prayer when you can is going a long way for his family and he is very humble and appreciative of everything the forum members have done for him. He does not look for or like all the attention, especially concerning the scam issues, but it's what he has been given to deal with and I assure you all of the positive support the forum members have given him helps a lot in a very hard time for his family. Please let him know that you support him and Chandler if you have the opportunity because with some of the negative things that have happened it has been difficult for him to come here and read about problems that have been out of his control. Thank You!!!!! And Chris if you read this hang in there!!! We will contine to pray for you, your family, and Chandler!! I know you are a good guy as well as a lot of others on here. Thanks Jon, I might take you up on a ride by..... jeff465, I have nothing bad to say about Chris and no one on here should either. If my money had went to Chandler I would have probably just ate my loses but he didn't get the money and I'm out the plane ride.
