We are selling our great home in the Garcon Point area.  Reason for sale is that I may be moving for my job in the near future.

House is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 2209 square feet.  House was built in 2005.  It sits on 1/2 an acre in a great quiet area of south Garcon Point.  It is located halfway between the Garcon Point bridge and I-10.  It takes 5 minutes to get to I-10.  It takes another short jump to get you to Gulf Breeze.

If I move, it will probably be Charleston, SC.  Still not 100% that I will move yet.  But I would like to be in a better situation (rental) when they tell me I need to be there in 30 days..  If I am renting I can simply move and not have to worry about my house at that time.  Hopefully I will not have to move and will simply purchase another home when they make their decision.

I have already checked out the diving/spearing scene there out of Charleston and it looks pretty good.  Very similar to here.

Man this is a tough market.  Price drop again.  New baby on the way and would like to be moved before the baby comes so we are not moving with a newborn.  Come make an offer.  You will not find a better location to live if you want a nice house with a decent little piece of land for this price.
