It should be an exciting game, but the Texas / Ohio State game was the best bowl game so far.

| harvin-tebow combo is going to devistate OU . as bad as I hate to say it but I think UF is going to crush OU . Bradford is gonna get a big ole welcome to the SEC smack on the head. Go get'em gators, keep the championship in what we all know is the toughest conference.

Its going to be a good game by all means. I was thinking Oklahoma by 3 but after what I saw OSU do to Texas, i.e. Big Twelve doesnt have any defense this year.... I think Florida wins by a touchdown.
Disclaimer, I am a Big Ten fan, Ohio native and Buckeye fan but I am a realist as a fan. I have the Big Ten as the number 4 conference this year behind the PAC 10, Big 12 and the SEC.
And for you Bama fans, sorry but Bama this year reminds me of the Ohio State the past two years.
Oh, and Utah deserves the share of the national championship regardless who wins, come on you AP voters.....
This is going to be a great thread by the way......

FYI , Sunshine Network is airing the OSU vs. UF THRASHING - 2006 BCS Game right now ... of course I'm biased but YES , Ole Miss had their way with the BIG 12 defense , and Ohio State pretty much ran all over that vaunted Texas / BIG 12 defense too ... Harvin is 100% too ??? ... "Oh My" !!! ... where Harvin goes , so do Demps and Rainey  ... can't forget about Mr. Moody back there too ... honestly I think Florida's Defense wins this game

I completely agree on that one. I think UF's defense is average/above average, while OU's defense is average/below average. The advantage goes to Florida defensively, and slightly offensively. I hate to admit it, but they're going to beat OU. It won't be a blowout by any means though, something like 49-38 or in that range.

I have an interesting question:
If the Top 3 Quarterbacks in the Nation ALL play in the Big 12,......... then either :
a- It is a freak year in the Big 12
or
b- the Big 12 has No defense which allows these stats to soar.
I think it is (b), and I base this on Nutty Houston's Ole Miss Rebels win over T. Tech and also Ohio States close loss to
the Longhorns.

^^ Nice ... I remember that ... I have MANY FSU friends , and I mean REAL friends ... we give it to each other all season long , but it's all in FUN ... I watched FSU destroy Wisconsin with those friends , and I was FSU all the way ... they were laughing at me for doing the "Chop"

There are exceptions, I remember reading that post, thanks for giving a great person credit. I was mainly referring to football accomplishments, but regardless, we all have bad fans. FSU fans are terrible, I'm embarrassed at most home games by how stupid, unruly, and disrespectful our fans are. Not saying UF or UM fans are any better, but I've watched my fellow Noles loudly boo obvious calls, i.e. Joe Linebacker lighting up a receiver well before the ball has arrived. "Boo, are you watching the same game ref?" It's nauseating. At least at the Swamp you guys know when to cheer and when to make noise to disrupt playcalling, something FSU fans can't seem to understand. We "GET LOUD" after the QB has called in the play/signals. Atrocious.
