The S.E.C. was 6-2 in bowl games this year.
It doesn 't appear that the S.E.C. was so weak ( as a conference) this year after all.

What an awesome game! I think Harvin got robbed of the MVP award. Tebow is the man, but a couple of those big play's from Harvin were key. Great sportsmanship from all the non Gator fan's giving them their recognition. Go Gator's!

Congrats to you Gator fans. Bob Stoops makes horribly predictable play calls, Oklahoma left at least 13 points off the board. Regardless, congrats, enjoy it, I know I did when we won. Hopefully, we can make things competitive in 2-3 years. (Praying that Bowden leaves) GO NOLES

Thought some of yall might get a kick outta this:
Little David was in his 5th grade class when the teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical answers came up -- fireman, policeman, salesman, etc... David was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher asked him about his father.
"My father's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and takes off all his clothes in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer's really good, he'll go out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money."
The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some coloring, and took Little David aside to ask him, "Is that really true about your father?"

AWSOME GAME!!! GO GATORS!!!!!!! I really think Hernandez made the difference today...but as a whole, the offence really played great, even with the play calling. Defense had big stops too

| Congrats to the Gator Nation.... I'm not a UF fan, but it's nice to have the crystal trophy "at home" in Florida. You can't say enough about Tebow, unbelievable leader of that team and what's even more impressive, a Christian and fine human being off the field. IMHO, the difference in the game was Florida's defense. Say what you want about Big 12 firepower, but nobody in that conference had to deal with a fast, rugged SEC defense -- until last night. And to all of those who are going to start up with USC or Texas or Utah deserving to be #1, well, they aren't. The BCS has spoken....and until there is a playoff that's the way it's gonna be. Not that I really care for the current system, shoot, I'm still mad Auburn didn't get a chance to play for the national title in 2004. They would have taken USC!

Defense and special teams were awesome for the Gators, especially that intercetpion by Black, but you gotta admit that Tebow AND Harvin running for over a hundred yards didn't hurt either.

| I am so proud of the way the Gators played and the way they represent our state.. This was a total team effort... blocked kick, unbelievable defensive stances, awesome offensive play calling, good special teams, excellent coaching.. Charlie Strong and Urban Meyer have got it going on..... and Tebow.. what a leader and a good example for our kids.. Did you see his quote... "yeah.. I like to put my head down and run over some guys to get the team and the crowd fired up".. how many QB's say that...I think he proved who the real Heisman winner should have been... Way to Go Gators.. this should help recruiting for a while..... This game and the Alabama game were two of the best games I have ever watched, and they have definitely raised the bar in college football. So much for 53 points a game when you play a defense from The SEC!
