So there's some deals out there on Point Clear boats since they went out of business. I have been told they are pretty solid but of course since their out of business there's no hull warranties on any that are still left out there (and no one has picked up the line to honor them). Any Point Clear owners out there w/ an opinion on these boats? Looking at an 18 or 20 bay....

As for quality I can't say, but in case you didn't already know their bay boats are made from Cape Horn molds. Cape horn sold them a few years ago when they decided not to make bay boats anymore. The deals you are talking about, are they at Sunrise in Mary Esther. If not, you might want to check with them.

we looked at them in FWB but it seemed the quality, attention to detail was lacking. But if a good deal, worth the look-see. I didn't know they had gone belly up. There is one sitting at used car lot in GB past the old Barnhills but on the north side of hwy 98.
