I was hoping someone on the forum has had a good experience with a marine contractor in Pensacola.  I need to have a dock and lift installed on Bayou Texar.  I searched the networking forum, and could not find any leads.  I have heard of Dale's, and know they do good work, but the estimate was a bit pricey, and I need a more economical option if possible.  Thanks in advance for any leads.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. http://www.sunstreamcorp.com/

They have installed our last 2 boat lifts and once you see their product, you will agree that it is far superior to a standard cable boat lift. justin@centralalabamaboatlifts.com is the owner's email.

Captn Black from Milton: Mr Ronnie and crew are great people and the workmanship is second to none. Just ask for refferals and you will see and the prices are affordable as well.

The lift that Bay Pirate as is a GREAT boatlift.  You may want to look into his, even if you don't need that much capacity right now, you may end up with a bigger boat at some point.    Just a thought.

O'Daniels Marine Construction!!!  I know Brettand his dad both.Straight shooters and "on the job"

Ifin that is the same Brett O'Daniels I went to school with back in the day....he's a good guy...
For another estimate call Dale at Dale's Marine Const. his shop is in midway.....I've known him fer a while

Learn to post like the pro's from the Official PFF Po-Po!

Because our family is growing every day, newer folks should learn to post their threads w/ pics correctly without having to click on each picture

This does not work w/ all browsers...Those not using Internet Explorer may have to go to a photo gallery of sorts to load their pics...  you can use this free photo gallery by PFF : http://www.forumpictureprocessor.com/pictureprocessor/default.asp?reason=You%20Are%20Logged%20Out!

Step 1: When in your body of the thread look at the bar above that looks like this :::            IFCode

Step 2:  Click on the icon that looks like

Step 3:  A new window will open up and click BROWSE to find your pic, then up load it.

Step 4:  If your are posting more then 1 pic, after every picture finishes loading hit the enter button to move the cursor back to the far left (underneath the last picture poster) so pictures will not load side by side taking up more area (having to scroll right to read and see pics)

Step 5:  When you are finished loading your pics and your body of your thread is complete, post it

POSTING YOUTUBE VIDEO's:  (compliments of jim t)

When you post, at the bottom of the window there are two buttons saying "Design" and "HTML" . I write my post, when I want to insert the video I switch to "HTML" then paste the "Embed code" off the youtube page, then switch back to "design" When you switch into "HTML" you'll get some wierd coding on what you have already posted, but when you switch back to "Design" it will apperar normal and the video will pop up.

How long is the dock and how big is the boat lift you need?  I can come by and give you a price for both.  We are marine construction licensed and insured and usually come in WAY below Dales.  PM me if you want a bid and we can get together on the site and I'll give you a price.

Try David Webber at "Whats Up Docks".  516-9517.  He's done a couple of jobs for me - reasonable price - good work.
