These are great picture but mr.john you have a boat,why don't you go and catch a fish then and take picture oh wait i guess its to hard or at least that what your article said if you can't go out and target flounder for your self how can you do it for someone that wants to charter your boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Mustad, considering this is your first post I shouldn't even reply to your dumbass comment but for your information Capt John is a stand up guy. Not only is he an awesome fishermen he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. The reason he posted this was to give us ( local Pcola fisherman) a chance to be in Florida Sportsmen. I didn't see you post any flounder pics. Now please brag to us how many flounder you have caught ~Linda

Flounder don't weigh as much as you think they do.  This one is only 12.5lb on an scale.  I would have called it 15-16lb if I didn't weigh it.

The other fish are about 15"

Only 12.5 lbs?? Thats the biggest gulf flounder I have ever seen.
