IMHO I say whatever boat is set up the best for what your dad needs is the boat to get. 4 stroke yamaha or suzuki is my choice for motor....

If it were me and I had two choose between both of those boats I would without a doubt go with the Blazer Bay they are awsome bay boats and are made here in Pensacola. The 22 Professional is one of the finest bay boats I have ridden in.

If you dad run bahia mar then why even ask the question get a blazer bay, remember cheap boats what you get what you pay for. I had a blazer bay, nice boat but did have structure issues. key west nice boat and there is alot of nice boats depends on what your looking to do.
always trolling for a new fish :P
